Per-agency monthly document volume, broken out by document type — one row per (agency, year, month, document_type). Feeds activity sparklines and profile activity panels. Built by build_agency_monthly_volume from document posted_date; missing, uncastable and year-zero dates are omitted.

Coverage. Derived from documents: document counts by agency, month and document type. A document whose posted date is NULL or the publisher's year zero is left out, and so is a posting Regulations.gov removed (documents.publisher_status); the file records how many of each it left out. Other literal dates stay as the publisher wrote them, including documents dated before 1990 or in the future. Source values are unchanged. document_count	BIGINT	Number of documents the agency posted of that type in that month.
